So what are Hypopressives?!

Hypopressives is a breathing technique (combined with specific movements) that serves to reduce intra-abdominal pressure and subsequently re-programme the body’s core muscles, including the pelvic floor, to manage pressure both consciously and sub-consciously.


So who can benefit?
